- Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly match the true product appearance.
- Pricing Variations: We reserve the right to alter product prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are displayed in Ghanaian cedi, (GHC) and exclude shipping costs and taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
- Order Acceptance: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
- Account Responsibility: If you create a customer account on our store, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and password.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Accra Only: We provide direct delivery services exclusively within Accra.
- Outside Accra: We do not arrange delivery outside Accra.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers outside Accra must arrange their own shipping or courier pickup.
- Fulfillment: Shipping and handling times may vary based on product availability and peak retail seasons.
- Delivery Liability: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal couriers or customs processing.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Policy Summary: We want you to love your slippers and items. Items in original, unworn condition with tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate items or heavily worn footwear cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
