🚚 Shipping & DeliveryDo you deliver outside Accra?
No. We only handle direct deliveries within Accra. Customers living outside Accra must arrange their own delivery provider or courier pickup.

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders take 1 to 2 business days to process. After processing, delivery within Accra takes 1 to 3 business days.

Do you deliver on weekends?
No. We process and ship orders only on business days (Monday to Friday). We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are a flat rate calculated automatically at checkout. The final price depends on your specific location in Accra.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery status.

💳 Payments & CancellationsWhat payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money) and major debit/credit cards online.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available exclusively for orders delivered within Accra.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel or change your order within 1 hour of placing it. Email us immediately at info@wildlukz.com to request a cancellation.

📦 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 3 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and have all tags attached.

How do I start a return?
Send an email to info@wildlukz.com with your proof of purchase. We will give you instructions on how to return the item.

Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs required to send the item back to our location in Accra.

Can I return any item?
No. Sale items, gift cards, intimate goods, and perishable products are final sale and cannot be returned.
